Before the massage, tell Ben how you feel, what you would like time for, and which areas you want included or avoided. Together, you can plan how to use the session. Pressure, pace, and focus are adjusted to your comfort, and you can ask for a change at any point.
Your goals can change from one appointment to the next. A session after a demanding week may look different from one when a particular area needs attention. Keep sharing what feels useful and what you would like more or less of.

Classic blends flowing relaxation with focused therapeutic work in a balance guided by your preferences. Deep tissue massage puts more emphasis on slower, sustained work in specific areas, with depth adjusted to your feedback. Both are personalized to your goals and comfort. You do not need to tolerate painful pressure in either session.
